Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outside Sales Specialist located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Outside Sales Specialist will be responsible for building relationships with clients, generating sales, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client accounts. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, providing product training, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies. The role requires the ability to meet sales targets and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Field Service and Customer Service skills, with an ability to interact with clients professionally and address their needs effectively.
  • Sales and Account Management expertise, including the ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience in Training, with the capability to educate clients or partners on products and services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and collaborate with team members.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
