Outside Sales Representative

NeoDigital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses scale through performance marketing, SEO, website development, and AI-driven solutions. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated professionals who can bring new clients and close deals confidently.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with knowledge of digital marketing to join our team in Kollam. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, close sales, and contribute to our revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and demos
• Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Work closely with the marketing team for smooth client onboarding
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.)
• Maintain CRM notes and weekly reporting

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience (digital marketing sales preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of digital marketing services
• Ability to work independently and hit targets
• Based in Kollam or willing to relocate

Salary

• Competitive base salary
• Performance incentives & commissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
