As a Sales Representative at our company, your role involves promoting and achieving budgeted sales in the assigned area. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing market strategies, and monitoring market activities, sales promotions, and competitor analysis. Your key responsibilities include prospecting, identifying, and appointing Channel Partners, promoting the full range of products among them, and overseeing their operations to ensure performance targets are met. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in B.Com, B.Sc, or BE. Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and basic data analysis is essential. Additionally, you are expected to have at least 12 years of prior sales experience. Preferred qualifications for this position include knowledge of the local language and residing locally or nearby to the specified locations. Key behavioural skills such as an analytical mindset, effective communication, interpersonal skills, and team management are highly valued. The compensation offered for this position is a CTC of 78 LPA, with a tenure of contract lasting for 12 years.
