** Salary Range:** ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Outside Sales Executive** with experience in **engine oil and lubricant sales**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit **workshops, retailers, mechanics, and distributors** to promote and sell engine oils and lubricants.

* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.

* Identify potential clients in the market and generate new leads.

* Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to clients.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.

* Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

* Prepare daily visit reports and update sales activities regularly.

Requirements:

* Minimum **1–2 years of field sales experience**, preferably in **automotive lubricants, spare parts, or related sectors**.

* Strong understanding of **engine oils, lubricants, and workshop operations**.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Must have a **two-wheeler and valid driving license**.

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to travel in the local market.
