Key Responsibilities

? Make outbound calls to IT job seekers and share relevant opportunities.

? Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

? Update candidate details accurately in the system.

? Follow up with interested candidates for application or registration completion.

? Maintain professionalism and consistent communication quality.

Requirements

? 01 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or recruitment support.

? Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.

? High energy, confidence, and goal orientation.

? Comfortable handling 100120 calls per day.

? Basic computer and data entry skills.
