Outreach & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Meet college and corporate leaders to promote voluntary blood donation camps
• Build awareness about blood donation benefits in public events
• Coordinate with hospitals to understand their blood requirements
• Maintain records of camp leads and hospital communications
• Share posters, slogans, emails, and social media messages for promotion
• Represent the organisation in donation drives

Required Skills:

• Good communication (Hindi and English)
• Confidence to speak with new people and present
• Interest in social work / healthcare marketing
• Fieldwork readiness (travel to colleges/hospitals nearby)
• Basic computer and phone usage

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduation in any stream (Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Life Sciences, or related preferred)
• Basic communication skills (Hindi and English)
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits (colleges, hospitals, companies)
• Passion for public service, healthcare, or awareness work
• Two wheeler with DL is compulsory

Preferred (Not mandatory, but a plus):

• Experience in marketing, sales, event coordination, or social campaigns
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
• Prior involvement in NSS, Red Cross, NGOs, or donation drives
• Knowledge of basic MS Word/Excel or Google Forms
