We are looking for a passionate and energetic Outreach & Marketing Executive to join our team. The person will help promote voluntary blood donation by visiting colleges, companies, and communities. They will also communicate with hospitals and healthcare centres for blood supply coordination. Responsibilities Meet college and corporate leaders to promote voluntary blood donation camps Build awareness about blood donation benefits in public events Coordinate with hospitals to understand their blood requirements Maintain records of camp leads and hospital communications Share posters, slogans, emails, and social media messages for promotion Represent the organisation in donation drives Required Skills: Good communication (Hindi and English) Confidence to speak with new people and present Interest in social work / healthcare marketing Fieldwork readiness (travel to colleges/hospitals nearby) Basic computer and phone usage Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Graduation in any stream (Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Life Sciences, or related preferred) Basic communication skills (Hindi and English) Willingness to travel locally for field visits (colleges, hospitals, companies) Passion for public service, healthcare, or awareness work Two wheeler with DL is compulsory Preferred (Not mandatory, but a plus): Experience in marketing, sales, event coordination, or social campaigns Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) Prior involvement in NSS, Red Cross, NGOs, or donation drives Knowledge of basic MS Word/Excel or Google Forms
