CanKids KidsCan is looking for Outreach Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Develop Outreach Strategies: Plan and implement outreach strategies to target potential clients, design agencies, and collaborators. Identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations within the design industry. Content Creation: Create visually appealing and engaging content, including presentations, proposals, and marketing materials, to showcase our design portfolio and attract potential clients. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their design needs are met effectively. Act as the primary point of contact for design-related inquiries and projects. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to connect with potential clients, design professionals, and influencers. Represent the company professionally and effectively communicate our design services and expertise. Collaboration: Collaborate with the design team to understand their capabilities and expertise. Work closely with designers to tailor outreach efforts according to their strengths and specialties. Market Research: Stay informed about design trends, competitor activities, and industry news. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential clients. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze outreach efforts, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and provide regular reports to the management team. Use data-driven insights to refine outreach strategies for optimal results. Budget Management: Manage the outreach budget efficiently, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the best return on investment for outreach activities. Qualifications: Bachelor€™s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in outreach, business development, or sales within the design industry. Strong understanding of design principles and trends, with a keen eye for visually appealing content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in design software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Creative thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is desirable.
