Outreach Intern

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Partnerships

* Build and maintain relationships with colleges, placement cells, and professional networks for internship and hiring opportunities.

* Support in representing Quark Marketing at outreach events, job fairs, and forums.

* Assist in preparing outreach communication (emails, presentations, proposals).

* Track and report outreach activities and partnerships.

Human Resources Support

* Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interviews.

* Help maintain employee records, attendance, and performance data.

* Draft basic HR documents such as internship certificates and letters.

* Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree (completed or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

* Good organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

* Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

* Prior internship experience in HR or outreach is a plus, but not mandatory.
