Responsibilities:
Offline Strategy Development & Execution
Design and implement offline marketing strategies to drive lead generation and admissions for UG and PG programs.
Develop region-specific pilots and initiatives tailored to target audiences and institutional requirements.
School & College Outreach
Plan and execute large-scale outreach programs in schools and colleges to build awareness and generate qualified leads.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships with educational institutions.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Identify and leverage innovative offline channels for consistent lead generation.
Manage and oversee offline events such as walk-ins, workshops, seminars, and exhibitions to maximize admissions conversion.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in offline marketing and business development, preferably within educational institutions.
Strong track record of driving offline lead generation and outreach programs, resulting in at least 1,500 admissions annually.
Prior experience in managing similar roles within colleges/universities is essential.
