As a freelance faculty member for our institution, your role will involve representing the institution in various locations to promote academic programs to potential students. You will be responsible for delivering engaging presentations, building relationships with schools, colleges, and prospective students, and generating leads through outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Represent the institution at educational fairs, schools, colleges, and community events. - Deliver informative presentations about the institution's programs, values, and career opportunities. - Engage with prospective students, parents, and educators to provide detailed information. - Build and maintain a database of prospective students through outreach activities. - Encourage students to register for counseling sessions, webinars, or campus visits. - Establish and maintain relationships with school counselors, college advisors, and other stakeholders. - Travel extensively to designated regions for outreach purposes. - Ensure timely preparation and availability of promotional materials for events. Qualifications: - Advanced degree in the relevant field (Masters or higher preferred). - Strong public speaking and presentation skills. - Experience in teaching or academic counseling is a plus. - Proficient in building interpersonal relationships with diverse audiences. - Willingness to travel extensively, including weekends and evenings if required. In addition to the above, the following skills and competencies are desirable: - Excellent communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Adaptability to interact with different age groups and demographics.
