Outreach Faculty

As a freelance faculty member for our institution, you will play a vital role in our outreach efforts by representing the institution and promoting academic programs to potential students. Your responsibilities will involve traveling to various locations, delivering engaging presentations, and building relationships with schools, colleges, and prospective students. You will be responsible for representing the institution at educational fairs, schools, colleges, and community events. Your role will include delivering informative presentations about the institution's programs, values, and career opportunities. Engaging with prospective students, parents, and educators to provide detailed information and answer questions will be a key part of your responsibilities. Building and maintaining a database of prospective students through outreach activities will be essential. You will encourage and assist students in registering for counseling sessions, webinars, or campus visits. Collecting and reporting feedback and inquiries from target audiences to enhance outreach strategies will also be part of your duties. Establishing and maintaining relationships with school counselors, college advisors, and other stakeholders will be crucial. Acting as a liaison between the institution and partner schools/colleges will also be a part of your role. You will need to travel extensively to designated regions for outreach purposes. Ensuring timely preparation and availability of promotional materials for events will be necessary. Qualifications for this role include an advanced degree in the relevant field, with a Master's degree or higher preferred. Strong public speaking and presentation skills are required, and experience in teaching or academic counseling is a plus. Proficiency in building interpersonal relationships with diverse audiences and a willingness to travel extensively, including weekends and evenings if necessary, are essential. Key skills and competencies needed for this role include excellent communication and persuasion skills, the ability to work independently and manage time effectively, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and adaptability to interact with different age groups and demographics. The compensation for this position includes competitive freelance remuneration based on events and leads generated. Reimbursement for travel and accommodation expenses incurred during outreach activities will also be provided.,
