Job Description

Key Responsibilities: (1-2 Years)

  • Execute outbound marketing activities through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers across target industries such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, and FMCG.
  • Develop and deliver personalized outreach messages to build relationships, nurture prospects, and schedule meetings.
  • Accurately record and maintain outreach activities, lead interactions, and progress updates in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers and contribute to consistent pipeline growth.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, or inside sales.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to confidently engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation platforms, and CRM systems (preferred).
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
