Job Description

MSW, MBA, MPH, Dietician, Clinical Psychologist Prior experience in community health programs or public health outreach is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English, Hindi & Punjabi Roles & Responsibilities 1. Community Engagement and Outreach Organize and manage regular outreach programs, medical camps and health awareness initiatives in collaboration with government health departments and local healthcare practitioners across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu. 2. Utilization Reporting Create and maintain comprehensive utilization reports related to department outreach initiatives, including medical camps, awareness drives and donor contributions. Analyse the impact of outreach programs by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient outcomes, number of attendees and community engagement. 3. Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government health departments, non- government organizations (NGOs), community-based organizations (CBOs) and corporate partners. 4. Administrative Support Assist in the preparation and management of budgets for outreach programs, ensuring resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
