Job Description

RGHV Solutions:

RGHV Solutions is a marketing consulting firm to help product/service led businesses with no idea how to market themselves through strategy consulting, marketing playbooks and as a fractional CMO. We offer market research, brand strategy, marketing strategy, sales strategy and business development in our consulting efforts.


About the Role:

  • Looking for an outreach/sales assistant (contract basis) to find business leads, contact them through cold calling, DMing and/or email to become our clients while the founder builds an inbound funnel.
  • This is a remote, 1+2 month contract based role (extendable) but will require daily online meetings for updates and training.
  • Payment for the first month: 15% of the value brought in.
  • Payment for the second month and beyond: Rs. 10,000/month + 10% of value brought in
  • Openings: 3


Responsibilities:

  • Find business owner leads on lead finding tools and LinkedIn (In some cases, Facebook/Instagram).
  • Reach out to them, explaining what RGHV Solutions does and how we can help them.
  • Find leads of specialized marketing agencies and reach out to them regarding partnerships with our strategy firm.
  • Keep the founder updated of any leads willing to take a discovery call.


Procedure:

  1. Interview with founder. Only 1 round of interviews, which will be a mock sales call.
  2. Selected candidates will get an outreach procedure playbook: which software to find leads, outreach script templates for email and DM, and more.
  3. Find leads then research for any marketing weakness you find and outreach based on that (explained in the playbook).

You look at their LinkedIn and realize both the owner and the company page have 0 LinkedIn posts. Write an email to the imaginary SaaS founder (subject line and body) explaining how the firm RGHV Solutions can help them strategize their LinkedIn to create an inbound funnel, getting them inquiries.
