Outdoor & Activations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Execute
vehicle branding campaigns
(cars, bikes, autos) as per brand guidelines.
Organize and oversee
on-ground events
such as roadshows, kiosks, and society activations.
Manage
promoters, vendors, and on-field branding materials
to ensure timely execution.
Track campaign performance, ensure deliverables, and
submit daily/weekly reports
.
Build and maintain
local partnerships
with RWAs, colleges, and corporate organizations.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between field activities and brand objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in
Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
.
23 years of
experience in BTL activations, event coordination, or agency management
.
Strong
vendor management, negotiation, and organizational skills
.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities
.
Willingness to travel locally
and work on-field as per activation schedules.
Energetic, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
