Job Description: As a key player in the Wed-Tech industry, you will be a part of Matrimony.com Ltd, dedicated to providing personalized matchmaking and wedding-related services to a diverse range of individuals in India and internationally. Your role as a member of the Personalized Services team will involve offering tailored matchmaking services to premium, HNI, and elite customers, focusing on creating success stories and facilitating marriages. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement a strategic telesales plan targeting HNI and premium customers. - Identify ideal customer profiles and high-potential leads within the target segments. - Set and track sales targets, create action plans, and establish KPIs for outbound telesales. - Team Management: - Lead and mentor a team of telesales supervisors and agents across multiple regions. - Develop a sales playbook and provide training programs to enhance sales skills. - Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions to meet revenue goals. - Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and premium clients. - Implement programs to enhance customer loyalty and provide premium customer support. - Act as an escalation point for any issues raised by elite customers, ensuring prompt resolution. - Collaboration with Other Departments: - Work closely with marketing teams to create tailored campaigns for high-end customers. - Collaborate with product and service teams to align offerings with customer preferences. - Ensure smooth telesales operations by collaborating with customer service. - Data Analysis and Reporting: - Analyze telesales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Gather insights into customer behavior to adjust sales approaches. - Prepare detailed sales reports and dashboards for senior management. - Innovation and Continuous Improvement: - Assess and improve outbound telesales processes for efficiency. - Leverage technology tools to enhance operations and customer experience. - Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Qualification Required: - Demonstrated expertise in sales and operations, with experience in managing large teams. - Experience in Consumer Tech, Banking, Insurance, or Telecom segments, preferably in outbound telesales. - Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering impactful business outcomes. - Strong people leadership skills with a history of building and leading high-growth sales teams. - MBA from a reputable B-School is preferred.
