Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Outbound Telemarketer role located in Vijayawada East. The primary responsibilities include contacting potential customers, introducing products, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries to provide high-quality customer service. The role also involves maintaining a professional customer relationship to drive sales and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
• Experience with Appointment Scheduling and managing customer interactions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven track record or interest in Sales
• Ability to meet goals and work effectively in an on-site environment
• Proficiency in local languages and fluency in English is a plus
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales will be an added advantage
