Job Summary:

Bragnam Learning Private Limited, a leading preschool franchising company, is seeking an energetic and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. The role involves reaching out to potential investors and entrepreneurs, presenting our preschool franchise opportunities, and generating qualified leads that contribute to business growth. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong persuasive abilities, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential franchise leads.
• Make outbound calls to prospective investors and pitch Bragnam Learning’s preschool franchise model effectively.
• Clearly explain the benefits, investment requirements, and support services offered by Bragnam Learning.
• Address prospective clients’ queries and handle objections with confidence.
• Maintain and update a strong database of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and maximize conversions.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry insights to refine sales approaches.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation, call outcomes, and conversion metrics.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective franchise partners.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or a similar customer acquisition role.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive personality.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
• Knowledge of franchising or the education industry is an advantage.
• Minimum: High school diploma; additional certification in sales/marketing preferred.
