Job Description

As an Outbound Sales Management Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations, complaints, and provide the best resolutions. Your responsibilities will include closing faults and complaints within SLAs, transforming customer service into a strategic differentiator in the market. You will be recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving, or assigning incidents and service requests for non-voice interactions like email, web, and chat. Additionally, you will manage unplanned interruptions to restore normal service operations promptly. What are we looking for in a candidate for this role - Ability to establish strong client relationships - Capability to meet deadlines - Skill in managing multiple stakeholders - Adaptability and flexibility - Ability to perform well under pressure Your roles and responsibilities will involve: - Analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems - Daily interactions with peers within Accenture - Some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management - Minimal instruction on daily tasks and moderate instruction on new assignments - Making decisions that impact your work and potentially the work of others - Acting as an individual contributor and/or overseeing a small work effort and/or team Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
