Job Description

As an Outbound Sales Management Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations, and complaints effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to provide the best resolutions for dissatisfied customers and ensure that faults and complaints are closed within SLAs. You will play a crucial role in transforming customer support into a value-generating service that sets us apart in the market. Your tasks will include recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving, or assigning incidents and service requests for non-voice interactions such as email, web, and chat. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish strong client relationships - Meet deadlines consistently - Manage multiple stakeholders effectively - Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility - Perform well under pressure In this role, you will be expected to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems independently. Your daily interactions will primarily involve peers within Accenture, with occasional engagement with clients and/or Accenture management. You will receive minimal guidance on daily tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work and may also influence the work of others.
