Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Outbound Sales Executive to handle international clients. The role involves making outbound calls, engaging with global customers, presenting products/services, and driving business growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to international prospects and clients ( via phone, email, or virtual meetings)
  • Identify clients' needs and present relevant solutions or products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers.
  • Generate new leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into sales.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs for international markets.
  • Coordinate internal sales teams to ensure smooth working.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in CRM.
  • Stay updated on Global market trends and competitors' activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in international outbound sales / tele-sales/ business development.
  • Excellent English communication skills ( Spoken and Written)
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in dealing with US/Europe/ Middle East clients preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Target -driven, self-motivated, and resilient.
