Outbound Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone sales calls to Australian clients
• Handle objections and close sales with a target-driven approach
• Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
• Record call details accurately and manage customer interactions
• Meet daily targets including 100+ calls per day
• Stay informed on product offerings and financial market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives

Required Skills

• Excellent telephone communication and sales presentation
• Strong ability to overcome objections and close deals
• Familiarity with Australian customer communication styles
• Experience in financial markets or stockbroking (preferred)
• Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
• Consistency in meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Experience in call centers or BPO environments (preferred)

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of outbound phone sales experience
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Knowledge of financial services will be an advantage
• Candidates must be comfortable working in early morning shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
