Job Title: Outbound Call Operator Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective solar EPC companies and installation firms Share company offerings and introduce our solar structure manufacturing services Maintain call logs and update client database Schedule meetings or demos for the business development team Provide accurate information and handle client inquiries professionally Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi and English Basic knowledge of solar industry (preferred but not mandatory) Prior experience in telecalling or outbound sales is a plus Confident, polite, and target-driven attitude Job Description – Outbound Call Operator We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outbound Call Operator to join our team at Bharat Solar Power . As a front-line communicator, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to solar EPC companies , generating leads, and building long-term business relationships. Roles and Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to prospective solar installation companies across India Introduce Bharat Solar Power's products and services (solar structure manufacturing) Identify potential leads and qualify them based on their interest and requirements Maintain detailed call logs, client information, and feedback in the CRM/database Follow up on previous interactions to nurture leads and set up meetings for the sales team Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, brochures, and technical queries Meet daily/weekly call targets and reporting metrics Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum Graduate (any stream) 1+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi + English) Basic understanding of solar energy or interest in the renewable energy sector is a plus Ability to work independently with a positive and proactive approach What We Offer: Competitive salary + incentives Exposure to India's rapidly growing solar industry Supportive work environment with growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
