OT Technician

The role of an OT (Operating Theatre) Technician at our healthcare facility in Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh, is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the surgical environment. Your responsibilities include preparing and maintaining the operating room before, during, and after surgery, ensuring all surgical instruments and supplies are sterile and ready for use, and assisting surgeons and nurses during operative procedures. Additionally, you will monitor and maintain proper inventory of surgical supplies and instruments, adhere to infection control protocols, and support patient positioning and comfort during surgery. As an OT Technician, you play a vital role in maintaining safety, sterility, and equipment readiness in the operating theatre. Basic life support (BLS) certification, effective communication skills in the local language and English, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment are essential.
