OT Project Sales Engineer

As a Sales Executive at Kaizen Airtech Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales activities in the Pune region. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, closing orders for project sales, and establishing long-term business relationships with customers. To excel in this role, you should possess strong technical knowledge, particularly in engineering drawing reading, HVAC, OT Clean Room Technology, and Turnkey Projects. Your key responsibilities will include increasing project sales in line with company targets, acquiring new customers and expanding into new territories. You should have a minimum of two years of experience in medical equipment sales to the hospital industry, with a background in mechanical engineering being preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and the vernacular language are essential, along with a target-oriented approach and strong analytical abilities for data management. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and collaborate with colleagues in the Sales, Design, and Account departments. Your interactions with external stakeholders will include engaging with purchase personnel on the customer side. Persistence, systematic planning, and negotiation skills will be crucial for your success, along with the ability to work effectively in a team.
