Key Responsibilities: - Generating leads and closing orders for project sales - Being self-motivated to achieve business results - Establishing long-term business relationships with customers - Understanding NABH norms and Doctor Mentality - Communicating effectively in English and vernacular languages - Setting and achieving targets - Managing data and preparing MIS reports - Planning systematically for self-monitoring - Engaging in technical sales discussions and negotiations - Demonstrating persistence and teamwork Areas of Responsibility: - Increasing company project sales as per the plan - Acquiring new customers, applications, and territories Job Requirements: - Minimum two years of experience in Medical Equipment sales to the Hospital Industry - Experience in OT Clean Room System Turnkey Project Sales - Graduation/Diploma in a technical field, preferably mechanical engineering Organizational Relationships: - Reporting to the Sales Manager - Internal interactions with Sales Engineers, Design Engineers, and Accountants - External interactions with customers" purchase personnel Salary for this role will be as per industry norms.
