The Sales Activity role at Kaizen Airtreat Solutions in Pune is a C2 level position focused on generating leads and closing orders for project sales. The ideal candidate should possess technical knowledge including the ability to read engineering drawings, discuss technical requirements with customers, and provide optimal solutions. Rapid learning of HVAC, OT Clean Room Technology, and Turnkey Projects is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Generating leads and closing orders for project sales - Being self-motivated to achieve business results - Establishing long-term business relationships with customers - Understanding NABH norms and Doctor Mentality - Communicating effectively in English and vernacular languages - Setting and achieving targets - Managing data and preparing MIS reports - Planning systematically for self-monitoring - Engaging in technical sales discussions and negotiations - Demonstrating persistence and teamwork Areas of Responsibility: - Increasing company project sales as per the plan - Acquiring new customers, applications, and territories Job Requirements: - Minimum two years of experience in Medical Equipment sales to the Hospital Industry - Experience in OT Clean Room System Turnkey Project Sales - Graduation/Diploma in a technical field, preferably mechanical engineering Organizational Relationships: - Reporting to the Sales Manager - Internal interactions with Sales Engineers, Design Engineers, and Accountants - External interactions with customers" purchase personnel Salary for this role will be as per industry norms.
