Job Description

Job Purpose:

responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the surgical suites, ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols, managing staff, and optimizing resource usage to provide highquality patient care and safety.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the operating theatre staff.

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and protocols.

Manage scheduling of surgeries and allocation of theatre resources.

Maintain inventory levels of surgical supplies and equipment.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals.

Monitor and assess the performance of the operating theatre team.

Implement and review policies and procedures for theatre operations.

Provide training and development opportunities for staff.

Job Specifications:

Qualification: Bachelor s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 8 10years of experience working in an operation theatre
setting.

Technical Skills / Job related skills: Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards

Management Skills: Be a good team player, maintain good people relations

Communication Skills: Good command over English
