Job Description

EXPERIENCE IN PLC AND HMI/ CONTROL CIRCUIT/ROBOTS/SERVO DRIVE & SERVO MOTOR/ STEPPER MOTOR & DRIVE/ VFD/TROUBLE SHOOTINGABLE TO READ ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL DRAWINGBASIC KNOWLEDGE NEED VISION SYSTEMS (COGNEX,KEYENCE,OPT,LUSTER)

Experience In Sensor Types(proximity,photoelectric,fiber Optical Sensors) And Troubleshooting.

BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN 2D SCANNER QR & BARCODE

Experience On Load Cell, Weighing Scale And Controller.

Both Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineers are required to have knowledge in both electrical and mechanical skills. They should also be familiar with software interfacing.

Expereience Is Required In Below

Servo and Stepper systems
PLC programming and troubleshooting
Sensors and automation control
Laser and Glue machines
Vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, OPT)
General automation engineering skills

Experience In Handling Glue Dispenser & Laser Welding,engraving,soldering.

KNOWLEDGE IN SOLENOID VALVE , Pneumatics CYLINDERSKNOWLEDGE IN NPI AND MACHINCE BRINGUP PROCEDUREKNOWLEDGE IN BALL SCREW, COUPLING, MACHINE ALLIENGMENT.Skills: load cell,plc,mechanical drawing
