Position - Lead OS Virtualization - Windows VMware Active Directory

Windows Server Administration: ( Mandatory )
- Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (e.g., Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022) to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Perform patch management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of Windows Server issues.
- Implement and manage server roles, features, and group policies.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot windows failover cluster related issues
VMware Virtualization: ( Mandatory )
- Administer and optimize VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter Server, for virtual machine (VM) management, resource allocation, and high availability.
- Design, deploy, and troubleshoot VMware NSX for software-defined networking (SDN), including VXLAN, logical switches, distributed firewalls, and micro-segmentation.
- Utilize vRealize Network Insight (vRNI) to monitor and analyze network traffic, plan micro-segmentation, and ensure visibility across virtual and physical network infrastructure.
- Leverage vRealize Operations (vROps) for performance monitoring, capacity planning, and alerting for VMware environments.
- Support integration with hybrid cloud environments
Active Directory Management: (Mandatory)
- Administer Active Directory (AD) environments, including user and group management, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and AD replication.
- Configure and maintain AD integration with VMware solutions (e.g., vCenter, NSX) for identity and access management.
- Ensure AD security through role-based access control (RBAC) and regular audits.
Security and Compliance: (Optional )
- Utilize Qualys to perform vulnerability scans, generate reports, and support remediation efforts to maintain a secure infrastructure.
- Implement and manage Sophos endpoint protection and firewall solutions to safeguard systems against threats.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry
Automation and Scripting:
- Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., PowerShell, PowerCLI) to automate routine tasks, such as VM provisioning, AD management, and system monitoring.
- Integrate VMware tools (e.g., vRA, vRO) for automation and orchestration of virtualized environments.
Troubleshooting and Support: (Mandatory)
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows Server, VMware, and network-related issues.
- Monitor system performance using vROps and vRNI dashboards, resolving bottlenecks and optimizing resources.
Documentation and Collaboration: ( Mandatory)
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network, security, and application teams, to ensure seamless integration and operations.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members
