Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems (Windows, Linux, or Unix).
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot VMware ESXi hosts, vCenter environments, and virtual machines.
Monitor performance and availability of virtualized and physical servers.
Perform hardware installation, maintenance, upgrades, and replacement as needed.
Apply OS patches, firmware updates, and security configurations.
Collaborate with network, storage, and application teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Respond to and resolve system, virtualization, and hardware incidents in a timely manner.
Assist in capacity planning, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
Ensure adherence to IT policies, standards, and best practices for security and compliance.
