Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage online reviews, brand mentions, and customer feedback
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
• Handle negative feedback and escalate issues as per defined processes
• Manage day-to-day operations of official social media accounts
• Ensure all communications align with brand and compliance guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Prepare periodic ORM and performance reports
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum

  1 year experience

  in ORM or social media handling
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience handling corporate or banking-related accounts preferred
• Knowledge of social media platforms and management tools
• Ability to handle sensitive customer interactions professionally
