Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an ORM Executive located in Gurugram. The ORM Executive will be responsible for managing and improving the online reputation of our clients. Daily tasks include monitoring online reviews, responding to customer feedback, and creating strategies to enhance the public perception of clients. The role also involves conducting regular online audits and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Experience in Online Reputation Management and Social Media Monitoring Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and generate reports Knowledge in Public Relations and Digital Marketing strategies Ability to work efficiently on-site in Gurugram Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Experience required - minimum 6 months
