Salary: 12k in hand + 2k net allowance + upto 6k incentives

9 hours log in(8am to 10pm)

Should be Fluent in English(written and communication)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ORM (Online Reputation Management) professional located in Bengaluru. The ORM professional will manage the brand's online presence by monitoring online reviews and feedback, responding to customer inquiries, and mitigating negative comments. They will also conduct research, draft responses, perform data analysis, and train staff on ORM best practices.

• Proficient in Analytical Skills and Research
• Experience in Training and mentoring staff
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
