Youll be the real-time voice of the brand, responding to everything from user queries to love notes—and maybe even the occasional troll. With the right words and quick reflexes, you’ll turn interactions into impressions and feedback into brand love.

The Impact

Monitor conversations across social platforms and the web using ORM tools and manual tracking
Respond to user mentions with brand-aligned communication—on time, every time
Flag high priority mentions in real-time and assist with crisis mitigation
Celebrate the good stuff by identifying UGC and shoutouts that deserve a spotlight
Create basic ORM reports, sentiment summaries, and trend analyses in PPT format
Coordinate with internal teams to solve user issues or questions promptly

The Skills That Seal the Deal

0–1 year of ORM or social media handling experience, preferably in a digital agency setup
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any relevant stream
Basic understanding of Gen AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc for enhancing productivity and tone-checking content
Solid command over written English and a flair for brand-aligned tone
Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube
Basic understanding of ORM tools and reporting dashboards
Ability to juggle multiple conversations and stay cool under pressure
A proactive, empathetic, and problem-solving mindset
