ORM Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and enhancing the online presence and reputation of our brand across various platforms including social media, review sites, forums, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze brand mentions across online platforms (social media, review sites, blogs, forums, etc.)
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews, feedback, and comments (both positive and negative)
• Escalate issues to internal departments when needed and ensure timely resolution
• Create and maintain reports on ORM activities, sentiment analysis, and trends
• Track competitor reputation and suggest strategies for improvement
• Work with content and social teams to drive positive brand messaging
• Identify and mitigate potential online crises or reputation threats
• Manage ORM tools and dashboards (e.g., Google Alerts, Hootsuite, Brand24, etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in ORM or a similar digital marketing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, online forums, and review sites
• Ability to work under pressure and handle negative feedback diplomatically
• Familiarity with ORM tools and basic analytics/reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
