Job role- ORM Associate

ORM Executive is responsible to monitor, connect, converse, engage and enhance brand s online reputation. Be a representative by acting as a central point of contact for leveraging brands online reputation; to support various objectives for reputation, branding and audience engagement.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Creating and implementing strategies for creating a positive reputation for a brand.
• Addressing real-time negative responses.
• Ensuring all complaints are tracked on social media.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery on daily monitoring reports, press release trackers.
• Use of forums and social media to seed positive content for better ORM.
• Provide timely crisis reports, identify trends & help strategic directions.
• Analyze listening reports, share relevant insights, updating trackers.
• Should be able to manage a tight grip of the ORM operations.
• Escalate to relevant stakeholders. Manager trackers, send reminders, close loop with stakeholders.
• Preparing & managing multiple reports, working with excel formula & various other excel sheet components for accurate data
• Report and coordinate with the Customer Service team to get a resolution for all the complaints/queries and ensure that the response received from the customer service team is posted back on the relevant digital channels within TAT
• Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports
• Preparing presentations, Graphs, and analytical reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,097.53 - ₹25,000.00 per month
