1. Preparation of an action plan for implementation of Operational Excellence.
2. Training all levels team members (HODs,HOD 2 nd level and Operators) on various requirements of
Operational Excellence.
3. Monitor the implementation in each unit by field visits as per planned calendar.
4. Organize monthly steering committee meeting to review the progress of Operational Excellence
5. Conduct internal assessment once in 3 months to evaluate the progress.
6. Liaise with buyer on final assessment.
7. Operational Excellence related data management.
8. Establish, document, implement and maintain QMS documentation in Mysore zone units.
9. Any other responsibilities as assigned by the superiors.
1. Education: B.Tech(Textiles) or Industrial engineering
2. Experience: 8 to 10 years in the garment industry, working in a similar
profile or in Industrial engineering
3. Should have knowledge and skills in the implementation of lean tools
4. Should have very good training ability both in English and Kannada
5. Languages: English, Kannada(Must), and any other languages
preferred.
