Job Description

Role - Change manager

Location - Hyderabad

Contract to hire opportunity - 6 to 12 months contract before possible internalization

Experience
:

Minimum
5 years experience in global business transformation environment,
within Global Business Services / Shared Services industry / and/or BPO Services.
Track record of
Change Management methodologies
incorporated into strategic projects / transitions.
Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies.

Soft skills
:

Excellent stakeholder management skills, including with Senior stakeholders.
Excellent written and oral communication & inter-personal skills, ability to develop high-quality documents.
Able to work in uncertain, constantly changing environment.

Technical skills
:

Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
Knowledge/certification of Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies is a plus.
