Role - Change manager

Location - Hyderabad

Contract to hire opportunity - 6 to 12 months contract before possible internalization

  • Experience

    :
    • Minimum

      5 years experience in global business transformation environment,

      within Global Business Services / Shared Services industry / and/or BPO Services.
    • Track record of

      Change Management methodologies

      incorporated into strategic projects / transitions.
    • Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies.

  • Soft skills

    :
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including with Senior stakeholders.
    • Excellent written and oral communication & inter-personal skills, ability to develop high-quality documents.
    • Able to work in uncertain, constantly changing environment.

  • Technical skills

    :

    • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.

    • Knowledge/certification of Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies is a plus.
