What You’ll Do

As an intern, you’ll support our Order-to-Cash operations team. You’ll learn how to manage sales orders, review contracts, assist with invoicing, and help ensure smooth operational processes. You’ll also get exposure to tools like Salesforce and Dynamics 365, and work closely with our finance and sales teams.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Reviewing deals and contracts for accuracy in Salesforce
• Creating and updating subscription orders in Dynamics 365
• Assisting with invoicing and maintaining accurate billing records
• Supporting internal communications related to order accuracy and documentation
• Helping generate reports and identify process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in a college program (business, finance, or related field preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
• Candidates must be available for a fixed 6-month internship role
