What would you do? We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Billing Services Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and issuing accurate customer invoices in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has experience in billing processes, understands revenue and AR workflows, and is committed to delivering excellent internal and external customer service.Optimizing working capital, providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes. This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing. The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers. The role requires a good understanding of cash applications, the process of applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account in cash application, and process them from payment receipt to finalization.Design the process and configure the technology to support the process of creating and issuing customer invoices that begin with the creation of an invoice and end with the issuance of an invoice and creation of a corresponding receivable.

What are we looking for? Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar finance operations role.Strong knowledge of billing processes and familiarity with invoicing systems or ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasets.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Experience in recurring/subscription-based billing (SaaS, telecom, etc.).Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and their impact on billing.Experience with billing software tools (e.g., Zuora, Chargify, Bill.com).Understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls in billing processes.

Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers based on contracts, services rendered, or product deliveries.Review billing data to ensure completeness and compliance with internal policies and customer agreements.Maintain and update billing systems, including customer records, pricing, and billing terms.Monitor unbilled revenue and aging invoices to ensure timely billing and collections.Respond to internal and external billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to validate billing data and support special billing requests.Process credit memos, adjustments, and billing corrections as needed.Support month-end and year-end close processes related to billing and accounts receivable.Generate reports and billing summaries for internal stakeholders.Assist in improving billing procedures and implementing automation or system enhancements.
