About the Role

Order to Cash (OTC) Billing

Responsibilities

Input and process advertising contracts, ensuring accurate assignment of rates and ad tiers.
Provide inputs for mapping and maintenance of end-to-end business processes and SOP documentation related to Customer Master Data.
Generate billing for all advertising revenue within 24 hours.
Assist the sales organization with ad order entry and rating.
Perform advertising research and help resolve customer queries.
Input advertising adjustments as required.
Resolve rating errors and manage wrong rate and rating error queues” in
INFOR/ADPOINT
.
Handle incoming calls related to billing questions.
Deliver customer service support to sales reps and external subscribers/advertisers.
Consistently achieve SLAs with zero errors.

Key Requirements

Strong knowledge of
Order to Cash (Billing)
processes – both upstream & downstream.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in
US shifts
.
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
