Order Management Administrator

Role Overview: As a member of the team at Precisely Software Incorporated, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales and Renewals teams. Your primary responsibility will be to review and validate incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all documentation and Salesforce entries. Your attention to detail and ability to adapt to evolving systems and processes will be key in maintaining audit-ready records and upholding internal standards. Key Responsibilities: - Review incoming orders from Sales and Renewals teams. - Validate order fields in Salesforce for accuracy and completeness. - Examine documentation such as POs, Quotes, Contracts, and SOWs. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. - Collaborate with other teams to resolve discrepancies. - Maintain accurate records and support audit readiness. - Adapt to system updates and process changes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, operations, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in order processing or sales operations. - 2+ years of experience using Salesforce system. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with NetSuite. - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. - Flexibility to work in UK or US time zone as per business requirement.,
