Oracle Technofunctional Consultant - SCM

Role Overview: As an experienced professional with over 6 years in the field, you will be joining NCR VOYIX Corporation, a global leader in digital commerce solutions catering to the retail, restaurant, and banking industries. Key Responsibilities: - Provide extensive technical and functional support for Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud systems. - Analyze business requirements and devise solutions to optimize business processes. - Perform system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation for daily operations and project support. - Create and maintain customizations and extensions within Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud. - Develop and update functional and technical documentation for customizations and maintenance activities. - Contribute to defining requirements and supporting Oracle Applications Roadmap projects. - Engage in requirement analysis, solution design, application configuration, system testing, data conversion, development, project implementation, and post go-live support. - Continuously enhance knowledge and skills related to Oracle Applications. - Offer support and training to business users. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in Oracle VBCS, OTBI, Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Java, and XML. - At least 4 years of experience in Oracle EBS and 2-3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud. - Technical expertise in supporting O2C, P2P, Manufacturing, SCM, or financial processes. - Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, communication skills, and the capacity to work independently and in a team environment. - Familiarity with OAC, OIC, or ATP database is advantageous. - Possession of an Oracle EBS certification is beneficial. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, impeccable customer service, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.,
