Oracle Technofunctional Consultant III - SCM

Role Overview: NCR VOYIX Corporation, a global provider of digital commerce solutions, is seeking an Oracle Cloud Techno-Functional Specialist to join their team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud systems. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, developing solutions to enhance business processes, and maintaining customizations and extensions within Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud. Additionally, you will be partnering with IT leads on various projects related to Oracle Applications Roadmap. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical and functional support for Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions - Assist in system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation activities - Create and maintain customizations and extensions within Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud - Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation for all customization, extensions, and maintenance activities - Partner with IT leads to define needs and support Oracle Applications Roadmap projects - Expand Oracle Applications knowledge and skills while providing support and training to business users Qualifications: - BS or MS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience with Oracle VBCS, OTBI, Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Java, and XML - 4+ years of experience in Oracle EBS - 3+ years of Fusion Cloud experience with Oracle - Technical experience supporting O2C, P2P, Manufacturing, SCM, or financial processes - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently or in a team environment - Knowledge of OAC, OIC, or ATP database is a plus - Oracle EBS certification is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communications skills - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Please note that offers of employment are subject to meeting the screening criteria for the position.
