Oracle Technical Consultant Lead

Team Leadership:

• Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware components such as Oracle Integration

Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, BIP Reports, and ADF.

• Implement and support integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other third-party

systems using REST/SOAP web services and OIC.

• Optimize system performance by troubleshooting technical issues and performing system

tuning.

• Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud (PaaS & SaaS) technologies Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC),

Oracle Process Cloud (PCS), Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS)

• and Redwood Customizations Lead technical workshops and provide training to internal teams

and end users.

• Develop and optimize OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports, dashboards,

and data models.

• Oracle Security & Identity Management (IDCS, OAM, OIG)
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines in Oracle

Fusion implementations.

• Work on data migration, conversion, and ETL processes using FBDI and Oracle Data

Integrator (ODI).

• Collaborate with functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Manage and mentor technical consultants with different experience levels, ensuring best

practices in development and deployment. Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud

releases and features to recommend system upgrades and improvements.

• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects.

Experince:

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion technical development and implementations.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, or Financials technical

components.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, BIP Reports, ADF,

and OTBI.

• Experience with REST/SOAP web services, PaaS, VBCS, and OCI.
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and data migration techniques (FBDI and HDL).
• Familiarity with security and role-based access control (RBAC) in Oracle Fusion.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
• Oracle Cloud certifications (Fusion Technical/Integration) are preferred
• APEX applications design and development is a plus
