Key Skills:

OSvC implementation and support
Strong profiency in OOPS ,PHP ,Javascript ,JQuery for Customer Portal
Hands-on experience with BUI and Agent Desktop
Experience in Custom scripts, Workflows, Business Rules and ,Integrations
Expertise in REST API's for external system integrations
Understanding of email configurations and mailbox management, Transactional and Outreach emails
Understanding Oracle Gen AI , Oracle Engagement Engine(Configuring Web chat for Service(WCFS)),
Strong problem solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Good to have:

Oracle Digital Assistant, C#, OCI
Oracle Service Cloud certifications
