Job Description: The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 in both implementation and support, specifically within the SCM modules. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, global environment are essential. Mandatory Skills: In-depth experience with Oracle EBS R12 in the following modules: SCM Modules: Order Management (OM), Purchasing (PO), Accounts Receivable (AR Order to Cash Cycle), Advanced Pricing, Inventory Basic understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) Familiarity with Oracle technologies including SQL and PL/SQL (basic level) Excellent communication skills Nice to Have: Experience working with global Agile teams Strong analytical abilities to evaluate issues and requirements from a functional standpoint Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Strong interpersonal skills in teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation Capability to work independently or collaborativelyRole & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
