Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant Location: Bengaluru Experience: 4 to 8 Years Notice Period: 0 to 30 Days Only Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Consultant with 48 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and must be able to join within 30 days. This is a great opportunity to work on challenging projects and grow your expertise in Oracle Fusion applications. Key Responsibilities: Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.) Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and configure Oracle HCM accordingly Develop and maintain documentation including configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials Perform data migration using HDL/HSDL tools and support user acceptance testing (UAT) Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth post-implementation support Participate in end-to-end project life cycle from requirement gathering to go-live support Required Skills: Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (at least two of the following: Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Talent) Hands-on experience with HDL, HSDL , Fast Formulas, and OTBI Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality solutions Good understanding of integration touchpoints between HCM and other modules Strong communication and documentation skills Preferred: Oracle HCM Cloud certification Experience in global or multi-country HCM implementations Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Additional Information: Job Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid/On-site as per project needs) Notice Period: Candidates with 030 days only Education: B.Tech / B.E.
