Oracle NetSuite Consulting Manager (Zone Advance Billing)

You will be responsible for driving requirement discussions with clients on various NetSuite modules including Advance Revenue Management, Zone Advance Billing. Your main task will be translating business requirements into well-architected solutions across all areas of NetSuite. You will lead the design of custom solutions based on client specifications, user stories, and project plans aligned with business objectives. Furthermore, you will showcase NetSuite thought leadership and educate clients on best practices to ensure adherence across the implementation team. You will oversee the quality of client delivery for assigned projects and coordinate with onshore teams to drive project activities and milestones. Your role will involve managing all phases of the project implementation life cycle, from requirement gathering to designing solutions, documentation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live preparations for NetSuite and Zone Advance Billing engagements. You should have hands-on NetSuite knowledge to configure, test, and deploy solutions. As a Consulting Manager, you will deliver as an individual contributor and also lead a team of Consultants, Developers, and/or Solution Architects. You should be eager to absorb new product and technical capabilities from NetSuite and other sources. Moreover, you will coach and mentor junior resources, oversee client delivery quality, and manage tasks within communicated budget, timelines, and quality standards. To qualify for this role, you should have 9 to 15 years of functional, hands-on NetSuite experience, with at least 4 to 5 years of experience in implementing Zone Billing. You must have led consultants on multiple NetSuite implementations and Zone Billing projects, including client-facing engagements. Strong communication skills, proactiveness, fluency, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Certifications such as Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant and Admin are required, along with experience in end-to-end NetSuite implementations and Zone Advance Billing Implementations. Proficiency in Agile or Agile-hybrid methodologies is preferred. Additionally, functional knowledge in areas like SuiteBilling, ARM, AvaTax, SuiteTax, SuiteBilling, Dunning, and other 3rd party solutions will be advantageous. Education qualifications include a B.E or MSc in Computer Application, CPA, CA, or MBA in Technology. Preferred certifications include NetSuite ERP Consultant, Admin, NetSuite ARM Certification, Multibook enablement, and Zone Advance Billing certifications.,
